Next year's Guest of Honour at Stockholm Furniture Fair and Northern Light Fair is British designer Paul Smith. This is the seventh year in a row that a top international designer has been invited to design a lounge, which in 2010 will be located in Hall A for the first time.

In Hall B, interior stylist Lotta Agaton put together a combined lighting and furniture exhibit entitled My Shop, offering retailers inspiration, know-how and practical tips on how to develop their store concept. My Shop was targeted directly at the retail trade.

THE DESIGNBAR 2009 BY CAMP SITE
The Stockholm Furniture Fair and Northern Light Fair commissioned the design collective Camp Site to create its 2009 Design Bar. The brief was to highlight functional design and recycling. All the furnishings in the Design Bar were designed to meet the needs of the Red Cross, to which they were donated after the fair.
